  • This style takes its name from the Japanese word for factory, drawing on utilitarian workwear through a softened, considered lens. The silhouette sits between shirt and jacket - lightly structured yet fluid. Fully reversible, it is defined by proportion, restraint, and a focus on material and construction.

    • Fully reversible
    • Relaxed fit through the body; sleeves cut narrow to structure the form
    • Full length sleeves with a buttoned cuff
    • Closes with hand-beaten brass buttons on one side
    • Patch pockets on one side
    • Gently rounded hem with side slits
    • Crafted from hand spun & woven cotton. One side is covered in exquisite and extremely time-consuming sashiko stitches which provides strength as well as a rich texture.
    • All orders come lovingly packed in upcycled silk bags
