PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Prices on our website are in USD.

  • To see pricing listed in other currencies for an indication of costing click the currency button at the top of the page and the website will automatically convert based on current FX. Payment at checkout will be calculated based on the USD pricing.

  • Payments:

    • Credit/debit card: Select RAZORPAY as your payment method at checkout. (In case you are having trouble paying with a non-Indian credit card, it is likely that your bank is blocking your payment as it may be unfamiliar with RAZORPAY. Please instruct your bank to allow the payment in this case.)

    • PayPal: You don't need a PayPal account to pay this way; you can pay using all major cards, your bank account or your PayPal account.

    • Cash on delivery (COD): Only for shipping addresses in Delhi NCR.

  • Discount codes should be entered in the "promo code" box at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS

  • Please be sure to enter your full and correct shipping address. If you change your address after we have shipped, you may be charged by the courier for return & re-shipping.

  • Once you've completed the checkout process, you will get an automated email confirming your order. Please be sure to check your spam if you do not receive this. It is then no longer possible to change or cancel your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping within India is free for all orders. Shipping outside India is free for orders over USD120. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat fee of USD25.

  • If you make multiple orders with the same shipping address over a day or two, we'll pack them together and ship them as one.

  • Orders are shipped within four working days of your order.

    • Shipping within India: allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery.

    • Shipping outside India: allow approximately 10-14 working days for delivery.

  • Our courier partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping.

  • We ship from our studio in Delhi, India, with a range of international shipping partners to provide the best service and fastest delivery. 

  • We provide tracking numbers within four working days of shipping. Please check your spam if you haven't heard from us. Once we have sent you the tracking number,  responsibility for ensuring receipt of your order lays with the customer. Couriers make two to three delivery attempts. Beyond this, they will either charge for additional delivery attempts, request you to pick it from their depot, destroy the package, or return your package to us. Any charges or loss resulting from failed delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
