Vankar Silk-Wool Hanten Jacket | dark umber
Inspired by the traditional Japanese hanten, this jacket is designed as a versatile, warm layer that moves easily over other pieces. It's handwoven wool–silk blend drapes gently while holding a relaxed box silhouette. Subtle geometry and intricate Vankar motifs from Kutch give depth to the design, while hand-tied fringing and an earthy palette root it in craft. Clean, architectural lines give a contemporary clarity, making it a versatile companion for travel, seasonal transitions, and everyday wear.
